Privacy Policy

Effective September 21, 2026 · Tondo LLC

Rinnova™ holds your medical history. The short version: it is yours, we do not sell it, and nothing about you is tracked or advertised against.

What Rinnova stores

That is all. There is no tracking of what you tap, how long you look at a screen, or where else you go on the internet.

Who can see it

You can. Every table is protected row by row, so one patient's record is unreachable from another patient's account. Photos live in a private store and are shown through links that expire after an hour; they are never publicly readable.

Being straight with you: Tondo LLC administers the database, so we can technically reach the data stored in it. We look only when you ask us to help with something, or to fix a fault. Your provider has no access at all, unless you show them your own screen.

Services your data passes through

Text messages (SMS)

Rinnova, a product of Tondo LLC, may send SMS text notifications to people who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them, such as an operational alert to our team when a patient submits a records request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop these messages, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

While Rinnova is early

Rinnova is not yet running on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. That work comes before Rinnova takes on patients through a provider. It is early software, and you should decide what to put in it with that in mind.

Deleting things

You can delete any visit or photo from inside the app at any time. Deleting a visit never deletes its photos. Those are the hardest thing to replace, so they stay in your archive. To delete your whole account and everything in it, write to us and we will remove it.
